High Chaparral

I went to Sweden last summer with my girlfriend. We flew to Riga and later to Copenhagen and we went by train to Sweden, Almhult. We travelled with Air Baltic travel agency. My girlfriend is from Sweden, so we stayed in her apartment. I stayed there for five months.
During these five months we experienced a lot but I would like to tell you about when we visited the old western park "High Chapparral". The park was built in 1966. Bengt who is the founder of “High Chaparral” was interested in the Wild West and after travelling to the United States he got a lot of impressions and built the park. The park has different sections. There are one Western section, an Indian themed area, an Mexican themed area and a museum. There are also several stunt shows to be seen every day. When we visited “Old Mexico” we saw a show about  Zorro. The actors were jumping and climbing on the roofs and they were fighting with swords. During the show we had lunch at a Mexican opened-air restaurant and we ate spicy meat with guacamole and bread. After looking at Zorro we went by a steam train to the Indian area. We saw Indian tents, threw lasso and watched a dance show. Some of the visitors wore western inspired clothes.
We had a very nice time.
The park has a refreshing atmosphere. We have unforgettable impressions and nice memories from this place. I would like to recommend you to visit this place.
